Registration Information
Options: You may reserve a room and stay overnight from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, with meals provided (6 meals, from dinner Friday evening to lunch Sunday afternoon). Or you may come for Saturday Day Only, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided that day.
Room Choices: Those staying from Friday to Sunday will need to choose between the East House and the West House. The rooms in East House are less expensive, but the doors to the rooms cannot be locked, there is no A/C, and the bathrooms are communally shared. The rooms in the West House can all be locked, there is A/C, and each room has a private bathroom. Actually, there will likely be little need for air conditioning in the latter part of September in Warwick, NY, as the temperatures rarely go above 80° F. On the other hand, the temperatures at night at that time of year have been known to go as low as 48° F, which can be a challenge as the Warwick Center will not be providing heat for either the East or West House guest rooms. Consequently, we advise you to bring warm nightwear and some blankets. Also, please note that only 5 rooms are available in the East House, so if you wish to take advantage of their lower rate, please register ASAP.
Please note: If you select a Double room for either East or West House but enter only one registrant, we will assign you a roommate of the same gender. Parents who are accompanied by one or more children are entitled to a reduced rate. (See “Special Rates for Parents and Their Children” below.)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before September 11, 2025 will incur a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after September 11, 2025.
Fees for Attendees Age 17 to Adult:
1) West House Single: $ 525. (includes 6 meals)
2) West House Double: $ 400 per person (includes 6 meals) NOTE: If you only enter one name, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender.
3) East House Double: $ 320 per person (includes 6 meals) NOTE: If you only enter one name, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender.
4) Saturday Day ONLY: $ 125 per person (includes 3 meals)
5) Weekend Day Guest (Staying on grounds in a camper or RV, or staying offsite overnight): $250 (includes 6 meals)
*** Special Rates for Parents and Their Children:
Parents who stay Friday evening to Sunday afternoon and are accompanied by one or more children:
— East House: $295/parent (includes 6 meals)
— West House: $325/parent (includes 6 meals)
Children from 0 to 5 years: No charge, regardless of whether they are attending the entire weekend or Saturday only, but they must be registered (i.e., included in their parent or guardian’s registration) so that we can have an accurate count.
Youth from age 6 to 16 years attending from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon: $125 per youth (includes 6 meals, for both East House and West House)
Youth from age 6 to 16 years attending Saturday Day Only: $50 per youth (includes 3 meals)
